Free shipping offers on orders over $80 available to customers within the continental U.S.

We currently ship primarily via UPS and are always seeking the best, most cost-effective shipping options for our customers.

Returns

We are happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 7 days after receiving it.

Please email hello@akindness.co to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt) to be accepted. We are unable to cover return shipping costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, A Kindness Co. is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to A Kindness Co. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. 

If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please email hello@akindness.co with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
