Returns

We are happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 7 days after receiving it.

Please email hello@akindness.co to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt) to be accepted. We are unable to cover return shipping costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, A Kindness Co. is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to A Kindness Co. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 7 days of receiving the item.

Give your candle time to burn so the wax pools to the edges to prevent tunneling. Be patient!
Do not burn candles more than 4 hours at at time. Trust us!
After candle cools, trim wicks to no more than 1/4 inch. This minimizes sooting. Keep it neat!
Always burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Safety first!
